[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Meetings at ICANN 40 – today! Remote participation details

hi Zaid,

We'd be totally open to suggestions and experimenting if you or anyone  
would like to propose a different format.  It's your meeting and we  
want it to be as useful as possible to as many people as possible.

On a different note, the Chapter workshops, in response to the  
feedback we had last year for the need to have more discussion time  
are being extended this year to a 2 day format in most regions.  The  
first workshop will be the Asian Chapters workshop in May, which will  
be held on the 21 & 22nd May.  Workshops in the other regions will be  
later in the year.
