[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Meetings at ICANN 40 – today! Remote participation details

After sitting through a few chapter delegate meeting and chairing the meeting at ICANN 40 I feel we should look towards changing the format a bit. All chapter delegates can do is updates and there isn't enough dialogue amongst chapters to discuss issues they face. Updates from chapters are great but we also need a Q/A session amongst chapter members. This meeting is a useful forum for chapters to learn from each other and I feel ISOC needs to facilitate this somehow.
