Under the theme “Securing the Future Growth of the Internet: Stability, Openness and Trust” 16 high – profile speakers will debate the challenges, opportunities and threats facing the Internet.

The morning session:
Will address the current and future technical, social and economic challenges for the global Internet, including some of the most critical issues on security. It intends to clarify the principles on which the Internet is based and which stakeholders should be taken into account while addressing the Internet’s growth and future.
 
The afternoon session:
Will address various aspects of Security and Privacy which are critical for the future success of the Internet,  In order to be trusted, the Internet must provide channels for secure, reliable, private, communication between entities, which can be clearly authenticated in a mutually understood manner. The mechanisms that provide this level of assurance must support both the end-to-end nature of Internet architecture and reasonable means for entities to manage and protect their own identity details.

Die Nachmittags-Session:
Wir befassen uns mit verschiedenen Aspekten der Internetsicherheit und des Datenschutzes, die entscheidend für den zukünftigen Erfolg des Internet sind. Um Vetrauen zu schaffen, muss das Internet verschiedene Kanäle für sichere, zuverlässige und private Kommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Instanzen ermöglichen, die eindeutig nach einer gemeinsamen Methode authentifizierbar sind. Mechanismen, die dieses Maß an Sicherheit bieten, müssen sowohl den End-to-End Charakter der Internetarchitektur unterstützen als auch angemessene Instrumente zur Verfügung stellen, mit denen persönliche Informationen gemanagt und geschützt werden können.
