[Chapter-delegates] .org domain seized by U.S. Department of Justice

According to the referred web page GoDaddy has not "touched anything",
so it seems the court order hit the registry, be it PIR, or Afilias,
that PIR has contracted to manage the registry, as I understand it.

Would be good to get info from PIR. After all it is us, ISOC.
