Dear Colleagues,

As you know the Chapter Handbook is now complete. Thank you for your
contributions and help with this project. In 2010, the plan is to
produce three detailed "how to" toolkits on specific topics that
Chapter leaders have identified as important to us. These toolkits
will be a reflection of the collective wisdom of the Chapters. Your
experiences, insights, successes will form the core of the toolkits
and will help us focus on ensuring success as we carry the ISOC
mission forward.

The toolkits will comprise a "Chapter Membership Engagement Series".
The current working titles of the first three toolkits are:

* Toolkit for attracting and mobilising volunteers
* Toolkit for promoting IPv6
* Toolkit for educating and influencing policy makers

We will be in contact with you shortly to seek contributions and input
from you. If you have ideas for future 'toolkit' topics we would be
interested to hear from you.

Similar to the chapter-handbook, we are looking for a volunteer
editorial committee to help with review of the materials as they are
produced. The workload is not high, and is periodic. If you are
interested to join the committee, please send email to <chapter-support at isoc.org
 >.

We look forward to working with you in 2010 on these exciting projects
to help Chapter leaders in their work and sharing our success.

Best wishes,
Anne
