[Chapter-delegates] Chapter "Toolkits" - Request for help

Dear Anne,
ISOC.AM has a program how to involve volunteers in ISOC.AM activity.
Main idea is to deliver free training courses for real working volunteers
and cover their expenses for appropriate exams. On this stage it is
important to define necessary courses - Cisco Certified Network
Administrator , Microsoft, Linux , FreeBSD related
courses. It will be very interesting to share ISOC members opinions -
which courses are important today.
