[Chapter-delegates] ISOC accredited Consultative Status with UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)

Thank you Constance.
What real implication on chapter level by obtaining such status ?
In another hand as Chapters are almost all of them established national 
organizations since many years now and are also eligible to apply for 
the same status. What will be the good strategy that we should put in 
place ? could we encourage chapters to apply ? or this will be up to the 
chapter leaders ?
