[Chapter-delegates] ACTA consultation in Brussels

Dear Alejandro,
Dear all,

This is already on the agenda of ISOC Belgium's activities. However, we 
estimate the participation will be handled by ISOC HQ or even the ISOC 
Europe bureau.

As ISOC Belgium has, for several years now, been very active in e-Crime 
matters, this meeting is very important for further progress in the 
externalisation of our Internet Ombudsman service. Last Friday, we had a 
meeting with the minister of ICT & economy in Belgium. During the 
meeting we have discussed several aspects of e-crime and the proposal is 
now on the table to consider ISOC Belgium being engaged in the new 
set-up of a cybersecurity center for Belgium. More details will be 
available after the Nairobi meeting.
