[Chapter-delegates] ACTA consultation in Brussels

Hi,

http://trade.ec.europa.eu/eutn/psendmessage.htm?tranid=2921 is an 
important announcement which I'm glad to circulate to the chapters
list.   It is a consultation on ACTA by the Trade DG of the European 
Commission in Brussels on March 22.

I hope we can learn from the presumably several of European ISOC chapter 
delegates and members who will be there.

A discussion to share views and potentially shape questions asked and a 
position to be expressed would be important. Most likely the European 
chapter delegates could take the task? You would be reviving and updating 
your valuable HADOPI-related experience, and we would all gain greatly.
