[Chapter-delegates] Bug in the AMS system

I first raised an ams support issue during February about the limitations in
the pending members interface. We had 30 applicants waiting for approval, it
was difficult to sift through the data from 30 entries. Now, in August, six
months later and after a few more messages outlining the limitation, the
issues remain unresolved and now there are over 200 entries at the Chennai
interface to be acted upon. We can't get to page 2 of the database which is
split into pages of 20 entries each page.

In my communication to the ams support in the support thread I have also
pointed out that these are basic features that a good software designer must
have foreseen as required and must have built in as default features. From
what I understand, the basic corrections are now expensive 'features' and a
time consuming process.

(It is good to see the Chapter Trustees paying attention to the issue of
list moderation. I feel that issues such as this shouldn't be deflected away
from the list.

Traffic in this list is light any way, due to the division of
Chapter-Delegates list into Regional Lists. If every remaining discussion is
subjected to oversight, moderated and pushed away to specialized sub-lists,
the Chapter-Delegates list will have no topics left to discuss !)
