[Chapter-delegates] Bug in the AMS system

Dear Eduardo and Norbert,
Thanks very much for your messages and feedback to the AMS which are
appreciated!
I can re-assure you that my colleagues from the AMS team work very hard
and try to fullfill all the requests that come in. However, one size
never fits all and we need to balance the needs and requirements of the
majority. Not an easy job and it can leave disappointment for some. You
probably know this from your own projects.
Please keep sending your suggestions to the AMS team (rather than
poluting this list) as it is very helpful to us in developing the AMS
further. I especially would like to thank Norbert at this point for his
valuable contributions and advise he has given us about the usability of
the AMS.
