[Chapter-delegates] Internet Pavilion at ITU Telecom World in Geneva

Leslie, I believe the event I am referring to was held in San Jose sometime in April-May 2009 focusing on operational IPv6 matters which involved ISP's and content providers. From my participation in NANOG and MAAWG I understand that ISP's at times prefer to have closed sessions if peering information etc is exchanged (I am not sure if this was the case), but if we were informed of the event there would be general awareness between ISOC and local chapter regardless of the specific motivation of the event.
