[Chapter-delegates] Internet Pavilion at ITU Telecom World in Geneva

Hi,

Not to distract from your point, but the only close-to-open IPv6 panel  
we've had in Silicon Valley (of which I am aware!) was the IETF74  
panel -- and chapters were certainly apprised of it. (See copy of mail  
below).

Note, too,  that panel event was chiefly aimed at media, and not public.
