[Chapter-delegates] Internet Pavilion at ITU Telecom World in Geneva

I find that communication to local chapters about events organized by ISOC to be an ongoing issue. There was an IPv6 panel discussion organized by ISOC a few months back in Silicon Valley but our chapter was not informed. Chapters can be used for support in promoting such talks at a local community level and these events can also be used as a platform for supporting local chapters in membership drive.
