[Chapter-delegates] Planning for ISOC meetings alongside the ICANN meeting in Seoul - update

Dear Colleagues,

We are in the process of preparing logistics for the upcoming Chapter  
and Member meetings in Seoul alongside the ICANN meeting. The two  
meetings are as follows:

DATES:
* ISOC in ICANN meeting : Sunday 25 October, 6:30pm-8:30pm, chair :  
Sebastian Bachollet has kindly volunteered
* Chapters and Members meeting Wednesday, 28 October, 7:00pm-9:00pm.   
chair : TBD - ISOC Korea representative or if not, Patrick Van de  
Walle has volunteered.

AGENDA
* We would like to hear from you on suggested agenda topics for both  
meetings.  If we do not hear any suggestions, I will work next week  
with the volunteer chairs to put together a draft agenda for both  
meetings.

CATERING:
* Catering for both events for 25 attendees at each meeting has been  
arranged. Please advise us asap of any special dietary requirements.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION
* Facilities will be provided and chapter support staff will be  
available to participate remotely. Kevin Craemer will be on site to  
provide logistical support.
* We are investigating if a recording of the meeting can be made  
available.
