Olivier,
I don't know if everything that ISOC does is great, and I am not so sure 
we could fully support it. Such a devotion would mean that we accept 
ISOC as a kind of a Church, and we are the believers. The situation 
around their proposed scenarios requires some comments, and I will do 
that on the web site. But, if ISOC wants to receive support from the 
chapters, it should put some efforts, and not only request or require it.
