[Chapter-delegates] [Sphere-project] New Sphere Group - "Sphere Translate"

Hello everybody and thanks Anne for sending this announcement.

I'm excited about the potential of this Sphere-Translate group to help  
us make the Internet Society's work even more accessible to our  
expanding global audience.

We have actually produced quite a lot of translated content over the  
past year, but we need to do more to make clear what is available and  
in what languages. One of our early outputs will be some better paths  
into the existing material.

But looking forward, what we really want to achieve with this project  
is to develop a more structured programme, that will allow us to  
really identify the best content to translate, making our output more  
predictable, more responsive, more accessible, and easier to track.

I'm really looking forward to the ideas and energy that ISOC members  
will be able to contribute through the excellent Sphere structures. So  
I encourage everyone with an interest to sign up to the group. As our  
numbers build, I'll contact the list with updates and kick off a  
meeting schedule.
