Hi Joly -- Thank you so much for the fast turnaround, the kind words,
and the useful comments.
I feel awfully foolish about the Shirky mistake. I meant to credit him
with "Here Comes Everybody" (and not Starfish!).
I'm not sure why the logos are appearing distorted. I'll see what I
can find out with regard to the color.
Otherwise, I'll start making corrections.
