[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Handbook - final drafts

Dear Chapter Handbook Committee and Chapter Delegates,

We are pleased to announce that a final set of drafts for the Chapter  
Handbook have been posted on the wiki and are available for review  
(note that the document is in three sections).

The documents are available in three formats:

1. Doc file in font Tiresias (for enhanced readability)
2. PDF in font Tiresias
3. Doc file in font Helvetica

We would appreciate your taking a look at all three sections and  
sending back comments and suggestions (both in terms of content and  
layout/design). The final documents will be made available in print so  
hard copies can be sent to new Chapters and on request for others. It  
will also be available on the external website and as tagged pdf's for  
screen readers for download.

Most importantly, Chapter delegates are asked to do a search on their  
Chapter's name and verify (or correct) information, comments, and  
quotes are correct.  Wendy has contacted many Chapters privately to  
confirm quotes.

Feel free to mark up each section using a text editor (such as Tracked  
Changes) and e-mail back to Wendy Rickard at <rickard at rickardgroup.com>.

Your feedback and comments by this Friday, 12 December, would be much  
appreciated. We will begin the translation process and final layout/ 
design in approximately a month, after we have had a chance to make  
all necessary corrections.
