[Chapter-delegates] PacINET 2008 starting in 45mn

Alejandro,

I would love to be able to help Frank, Raj and the other folks 
associated with picisoc.org and the others in the midst of the 
"Pacific Rim".  If I controlled any bandwidth and transport facilities 
that could become part of the solution, you can bet your paycheck on 
the fact that I would be at the head of the line.  I'm sure Vint Cerf 
would be there too and, I'm sure, ahead of me in that line since he 
has been a frequent visitor and speaker in that area.

There has to be a solution that is not totally controlled by fiscal 
matters...
