[Chapter-delegates] PacINET 2008 starting in 45mn

Mike,

maybe we can put up together a funding-doing effort so that someone who 
attends the meeting also carries some of the recording equipment needed, 
for example. If there is a donor it may be that the gear is left in the 
Islands; if not, carried back after uploading files.

Others with bandwidth and servers might host a mirror.

And so on.

The greatest challenge is actual bandwidth on the Islands during the 
meeting; that seems much harder to get unless one of us can persuade a 
satellite and an underwater-cable provider to supply at lest the extra 
capacity needed during the meeting.
