[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-AU in Sg and Th next week

Dear Anne,

We can begin setting this up using Web 2.0 tools such as Google Calender or
Twitter. I have just begun using Twitter and am wondering if Twitter can be
used by Chapters to announce updates of the chapter programs and events.
Along with Chapter twitters if the key chapter delegates maintain individual
twitter updates and connect to Chapter Twitters and Chapter Delegates'
twitters we are well connected..

( I do not have a particular preference for Twitter. There could be other
suggestions on what tools to be used. )
