[Chapter-delegates] INET meetings - Global INET 2011 and beyond

Hello Veni,

I have written messages on this topic both on this thread and disussed INET
more elaborately at the thread ISOC Election Results and have even suggested
that we organize INET in India. Is there any particular reason for this
group to have been quietly formed with just the four of you ?  This is a
major event and I would very much like to be on the thread.
