Hi,
together with our enthusiasm we must look at the financial and operational
realities - what are the costs each of you estimate for a meeting? what
size meeting? how many invited speakers whose travel must be paid for? How
many of us are in positions and have the time and energy available to
become a host?
And mind you, I have been one of those to say "where is the INET now that
we need it?" during the evolution of the WSIS and post-WSIS processes.
