I have written messages on this topic both on this thread and disussed
INET more elaborately at the thread ISOC Election Results and have even
suggested that we organize INET in India. Is there any particular
reason for this group to have been quietly formed with just the four of
you ?  This is a major event and I would very much like to be on
the thread.<br>

All of them wrote emails - either in the list, or off the list, that
they are willing to work; so we formed it a couple of hours ago - me,
