[Chapter-delegates] INET meetings - Global INET 2011 and beyond

Yes, the idea should not be to replace another, and I think it can 
not be possible or intended. However, a content based event is always 
meaningful to the participant. Not that it has to be arranged very 
frequently. A bi-annual event with cumulative contents in between 
could serve the target communities much better. I presume with active 
participation from ISOC chapters and certainly the ISOC officials (I 
am sorry, for not mentioning their dedicated services and supports 
year around), a near future event can be organized.

I will be pleased to provide contents related to Internet in 
developing countries (infrastructure development, inter operability, 
language issues, security issues, etc.).
