[Chapter-delegates] E-Meetings for Chapters - Your input

Dear Colleagues

The E-meetings are part of the Chapter Engagement Program as outlined in 
the "Chapter Development Program: 2008-2010".

We have received positive feedback from the participants of previous 
E-meetings and I would like to encourage more Chapters to join us in the 
future. Thanks to all who have been participating so far! Meeting notes 
and the presentation from the last meeting (March 13) with the title "A 
guide to multi-stakeholder partnerships (APC)" will soon be available on 
our web page.

Unfortunately, there was only a low number of Chapter Delegates taking 
part in the last calls. I'm aware that it is sometimes difficult to find 
time for the meetings next to your busy schedules. Maybe you could share 
and rotate this acitivity within your Chapter?

Please let me know (on or off list) how we can increase the attendance 
in these meetings. Is it difficult to attend due to time constraints, 
are the meeting times inconvenient for you, are there problems with 
connecting to the meeting, or are the meeting subjects not in your 
interest? Do you have any questions or suggestions for these meetings?

I would also like to ask you to review the suggested topics for the 
remaining E-meetings. Please let us know if you would like to add or 
change any of them. The schedule and themes can be found at

On this page you will also find links to Marratech manuals. Please 
contact <chapters at isoc.org> if you would like to test connecting to 
ISOC's Marratech Auditorium (our usual E-meeting place) before the next 
E-meeting. We can then reserve a time and practice its use and features.
