[Chapter-delegates] press release to be sent shortly

Dear Sivasubramanian,

Highly supported. I doubt the 25.000+ ISOC members are ALL part of the
"technical community" this press release refers to. 

Further, I would suggest that we grow up from the defensive tone of our
press releases targeted at governments, especially in this case. The OECD
members are all advanced democraties, which have no intention to "control"
the Internet or attempt to set up unilaterally developed policies. I would
go as far as to suggest they might be vexed that we even think that way
about them.
