[Chapter-delegates] press release to be sent shortly

Hello,

I have an objection.. Raised without explanation.

"Intenet Technical community" needs to be changed to "Internet Policy
and Technical" committee...

Also all references to "technical community" in the press release be
changed accordingly.

Who wants to have a conversation about this ? A quick meeting as we
step in for Dinner tonight ?
