[Chapter-delegates] press release to be sent shortly

Please don't shoot the messenger, Gerard is doing a great job in
promoting this event based on the texts that was passed to him.

The important question is: was the 25000+ members that forms ISOC and
its "technical community" were duly consulted in this process? Process
which started more than a year ago, if I believe.

Note also, that this press release is a joint press release, so other
organisations need to be consulted about the text, however ISOC has been
driving this process, therefore has been influential and the wordings.

I think we cannot change the past, but we can change the future. Join
the sphere project!
