[Chapter-delegates] INET Meetings - Global INET 2011 and beyond

Dear Fred, Anne and All:

ISOC-Colombia and Fundación EsLaRed, are organizing the regional networks 
event WALC2008, in Bogotá, Colombia, in november, 2008, and I would like to 
suggest to have a regional ISOC Chapters meeting during this interesting 
event, to discuss, among other things INETs.
