My suggestion is not any way related to the content of the questions. I had
not sought to alter the points of the survey All that I have done is make
each question in harmony with the required response. It is not a survey with
multiple classes of responses, such as very important to very unimportant,
very true to totally untrue, i fully agree to I totally disagree, must
happen to should not happen.
In the initial questionnaire there were questions in a certain format ( for
e.g questions as statements ) or which the logical response could only be
ranging from I fully agree to I totally disagree It did not quite fit into
the very important to very unimportant ranking so it was bound to confuse
the respondent and ultimately would produce either a poor response or
misleading results. So I thought of two options, either make each question
with its own response set that fitted the question individually, or fit all
questions to the very important to very unimportant response. Beyond that I
did not propose any new points nor did I seek to alter the questions.

#The idea of sending an editable document is just that. All I had done is
provide a format to work on. In the first few minutes I 'reframed' the same
questions and posted it as in-line body text in the thread, and then I
thought that it would help if I formatted the spreadsheet that I worked on a
little, and upload it. So I did that.

# I am not getting into all that in this survey task.. There was a question
(or a statement) "enabling terrorist groups to do bad things" - it did not
quite fit in, so had to be rephrased in some manner. That is what I had
done.

#It would indeed be a very bad idea if I had suggested that a spreadsheet is
used inplace of a very conveninet tool such as survey monkey. The spread
sheet was to edit the points, just that.

#And I will work on my style of communication. It turns out that something
always goes wrong and takes me by surprise.
