[Chapter-delegates] Minor point of netiquette

Could people please cut out extraneous parts of messages they are replying to in new posts?

All that is needed is an attribution (ie X said <date>: ) and the relevant parts you are replying to. We really don't need to see the whole thread posted and reposted all the time.

I receive the chapter-delegates list in digest form, and a single digest should be able to contain all of a day's messages. With all of these reposts (one was FIVE deep!) a new digest is coming out almost every message...
