[Chapter-delegates] Minor point of netiquette

Hello Narelle Clark,

I am one of those in the list who write long messages, It is a good idea to
cut out unwanted headers and repetitive footers, but I think every thread
should be otherwise intact.  There is always an option to receive one digest
per day, and read the full thread or sub-threads from the list archives.
Having said that, may be what you have conveyed needs to be taken to the
sphere group, which might work on a communication design that could
reconcile the need for ease of access even through small screen mobile
devices and the need for keeping a thread intact even if it is long.
