Thank you.

Yes the domain name as part of the ISOC.org becomes in a sense an official
and uniform chapter domain name for all chapters worldwide.  For Quebec it
would be isoc.quebec.org  or quebec.isoc.org or www.isoc.org/quebec - all
these are forms of subdomain names.

The domain name isoc.qc.ca could stay, those who are already familiar with
this domain name could still use this domain name which will point to
isoc.quebec.org
