I agree with you Carlos, this is a Peruvian problem that should be solved by
Peruvians, but, you know, sometimes an outside hand might help to ease
things up, a little bit.

Francisco,

your call for common sense has to be welcome but it has to be accompanied
with a cooling of tone and action by all involved - including of course
the people whom you mention as antagonistic.

Let's give time for Sebastian Bellagamba's careful investigation,
listening to all sides involved, and proposal of a solution, in which a
number of us have already volunteered.

I do call on all involved not to act in undue haste or precipitation.
