Dear Carlos,
The fact is that these kind of problems harm the credibility of all of us, not only those involved in Peru. In fact I did receive negative comments in the past given these kind of situations.
Chapters are not isolated islands, but a vital part of a much larger and stronger organization, distributed around the world.

Internal problems..internal solutions in my point of view. Be carefull not

your call for common sense has to be welcome but it has to be accompanied
with a cooling of tone and action by all involved - including of course
the people whom you mention as antagonistic.
Let's give time for Sebastian Bellagamba's careful investigation,
listening to all sides involved, and proposal of a solution, in which a
number of us have already volunteered.
I do call on all involved not to act in undue haste or precipitation.
