I'm writing in support of this idea. I agree with the suggested  
wording and I look forward to seeing any results.

If it's at all possible, ISOC-ZA is very interested to obtain a list  
of global members who are NOT ISOC-ZA members but have an address  
located in South Africa. (ie we provide you with our membership list,  
but we do not know who you have from our country on your global list).

We would like these members to receive a custom email that explains  
that our membership does not have an associated monetary fee and a  
little about our activities.
