[Chapter-delegates] Request for participation in ISOC survey - Proposed New Initiatives ISOC workplan

Dear Anne,

    during the recent meeting in Yerevan with newly created Chapters,
and those in creation, we thought that it will be a good idea to
create a small, mobile Task Force to assist and coach the creation of
new Chapters world-wide. May be you can include this as one of the
actions of your work plan?
