[Chapter-delegates] Request for participation in ISOC survey - Proposed New Initiatives ISOC workplan

Dear Jacek,

Thank you for your email and suggestions. I understand from Sabrina  
that the recent meeting in Yerevan was a success.   It was good for   
her to be able to meet you and the other chapter delegates as well as  
potential chapter delegates there.

I should add a note of appreciation for the work that ISOC Poland has  
been doing in coaching and supporting the emergence of new chapters.  
Other chapters and chapter delegates have also taken on this role in  
different ways to a greater or lesser degree and this is extremely  
valuable and exactly the sort of co-operation that is beneficial to  
us all.  I do therefore have an item in the work plan for this kind  
of activity as you suggest.
