a reference to Hakikur Rahman's excellent book on Empowering Marginal 
Communities with Information Networking.

Hope it's useful to many; and, Hakik, is there any online access to this 
contents? Congratulations for putting out a most valuable resource. I am 
using it to try to inform some local IT industry people about the huge 
possibilities on which they are missing out.
