Sébastian, and all,

I am also glad to vouch for Victor Ciza and his team. He has been
literally heroic in attending and following various international Internet
issues and should be commended for starting up a chapter now.

We should all analyze what resources we have that can be of immediate
value to share with ISOC Burundi - my guess would be that African and all
Francophone chapters will have education and information materials that
Burundi can spread in-country.

Yours,

Alejandro Pisanty
