Dear Anne,

Extending on Khaled Koubaa's observation that a chapter welcome page
could show up soon after a new member signs up:

1) ISOC.org can also be a larger website integrating Chapter websites
in subdomains.
For instance it could encompass www.indiachennai.isoc.org and
www.australia.isoc.org

2. The chapter content is locally uploaded based on ISOC.org overall
design, content / changes submitted by the chapter website
administrators and published by the isoc webmaster after a routine
check of file formats etc.

3. ISOC.org can include a chapter adminstrators' meeting room that
automatically shows if any of the chapter administrators are logged
in, and include tools for interaction such as a chat window.

If the idea of chapter web as subdomains of isoc web, then the ideas
can be extended much further.
