[Chapter-delegates] Preview on ISOC website developments

Dear Khaled,

Thanks for your feedback. I will contact you off list to discuss your  
suggestions some more.  As I mentioned to Joly, work on revising the  
content on the chapter pages of the ISOC website will be work in  
progress for 2008. Regarding the membership system -  we are aware of  
this with the current membership system and we will ensure that this  
will not be possible with the revised system.  Can go ahead and  
delete those two records you created.
