I have seen so far only one "yes" - from Romania.
Bulgarian voting was not yet mailed to me. It is
a pity that some of the National bodies from
small countries  have lack
of experts and are influenced by powerful lobby.

Unfortunately the Bulgarian Standards Institute 
has accepted "yes with comments". I am afraid 
that when you have only ISOC-Bulgaria trying to 
change things, it doesn't really happen (that 
easy), esp. that it's a cause understanded by only a small group of people.

btw, does anyone know how ISO is accepting these standards? With consensus?
