[Chapter-delegates] ooXML

Dear colleagues,

I have  my national standardisation
committee (I am  chairing)  meeting on which we
will take our decision regarding the JTC 1 inquiry 
about possible contradiction between ooXML submitted
standard by MS via ECMA on the fast track
procedure  next week.

I followed all the time the discussions on the list 
and reviewed
most of the national body  answers - most of them
were trying different  methods and ways how to stop the
procedure by use of  sometimes technical and sometimes
non technical approaches. 

In that collection I found the Italy answer the most
expiring and full with spirit. They have  wrote only this:

"Italy has been unable to assess the existence of 
contradiction of ECMA-376/ISO7IEC DIS 29500 to
JTC1, ISO or IEC. The term "contradictions" does not 
appear to be defined.
not even on the level of examples".
