Danny,
The constructive issue here was stated by Patrick - who, by the way,
is a very well known and respected chapter representative, who have
helped on a number of occasions on a number of issues, among them the
creation of ".eu", the creation of the ECC, and others. So, if you
are "measuring" yourself, do not forget, that there are others, and
many of them are not Americans, who also have done their part of the work.
You know, you probably have not realized that this is the chapter
delegates' list, not the New York chapter list. We are talking about
hundreds of cultures, not one. And we are talking about global
participation, not just the lack of desire of you to participate in a process.
The constructive issue here is that all ISOC chapters could help
ICANN become better. They could, not that they should. You are trying
to influence a discussion, where the vast majority of the people, if
not all, are constructive and positive. You're the one constantly
criticizing ICANN (for years), and today - any chapter that does not
agree with you. This is what is not constructive. As to who is who,
who has done what - that's not important in the discussion.
I have nothing personal against you - if I had, I wouldn't be talking to you.
