[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-NY discusses at-large membership of ICANN

Danny,
The constructive issue here was stated by Patrick - who, by the way, 
is a very well known and respected chapter representative, who have 
helped on a number of occasions on a number of issues, among them the 
creation of ".eu", the creation of the ECC, and others. So, if you 
are "measuring" yourself, do not forget, that there are others, and 
many of them are not Americans, who also have done their part of the work.
You know, you probably have not realized that this is the chapter 
delegates' list, not the New York chapter list. We are talking about 
hundreds of cultures, not one. And we are talking about global 
participation, not just the lack of desire of you to participate in a process.
The constructive issue here is that all ISOC chapters could help 
ICANN become better. They could, not that they should. You are trying 
to influence a discussion, where the vast majority of the people, if 
not all, are constructive and positive. You're the one constantly 
criticizing ICANN (for years), and today - any chapter that does not 
agree with you. This is what is not constructive. As to who is who, 
who has done what - that's not important in the discussion.
I have nothing personal against you - if I had, I wouldn't be talking to you.
