[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-NY discusses at-large membership of ICANN

Veni,

I have repeatedly stated that ISOC chapters are best
advised to join ICANN's Non-Commercial constituency.
I have also stated my reasons as to why this is a
better approach than joining the At-Large Advisory
Committee structure, and yet you continue to deem the
expression of these views as non-constructive.  

Sorry, but I don't grasp your rationale and see little
value in continuing this thread of discussion.
