Jacques,
apologies for the delay in replying but I have been traveling and
tied up in meetings. And thank you to David for sending the mail
below in my absence.
In the meantime, I trust David's mail has answered your question.
Given there were some difficulties during the election itself, it is
even more important to be sure we are following the process fairly,
and showing respect for all those involved, nothing more.
And please do send any thoughts you have with respect to items for
the board meeting.
