Franck,

Thanks for your email.  Encouraging.  Planning ahead is always
good, seems to me.  Concerning Lynn's email, I assume your
election will be ratified (or challenged) by the board meeting.

I wish to propose an item to be discussed:  NETWORK NEUTRALITY.

Please pass my suggestion on to Patrick and Veni as established
board members.

Seriously... Perhaps a role of ISOC should be to protect the
Internet.  The open to all, equally shared, independent of
commercial interests Internet envisioned by the founders of
ISOC.

For discussion... Perhaps organizations that take positions
against this vision should not be permitted to be ISOC members?
